The building is absolutely fine. Brand new elevator. I always see a maintenance guy doing touch-ups on everything from the tiles, to the shrubbery. The super isn't the best about returning calls. The management has been better about that for us.

This building totally sucks. Extensive leaking on roof required them on several occasions to enter our apartment and rip out walls! Hot water takes a half hour to heat, the elevator goes out periodically (for the last month and a half no service at all.) Worst: management company does not return calls. The super Angel is nice and lives on premises.
