terrible customer service. i bought a high end washer and dryer set for a property that i was rehabbing. they stayed the boxes, unopened, for two months before I realized that they did not fit. I called them to see about returning and the person I spoke with assured me it wouldn’t be a problem so i could go ahead and order a smaller set. I did. But then they refused to honor the return. so I now have an “extra” $2000 washer/dryer set in boxes!

I am not doing business with this retailer again, they are nothing but a bunch of f*****g liars and deceivers.
