I took my computer to the advertised address, 260 W 72nd Street, in Manhattan and it was an office building with no sign of 1 Hour Support. I called the phone number and got a home answering machine for someone unrelated to the company. I called the 800 number on their website and it rang forever.
I suspect that they have gone out of business.

Not only were they honest about my broken printer (dead dead dead), but they told me how to choose a new one better suited to my purposes. Total cost to me...zero. Great customer service, hope my new printer breaks so I can use their service again.
