Running a business is complex and it is nice to be able to take worries off of your plate. I signed up with 1800Accountants and have no more worry about taking care of my accounting matters. They assigned a personal accountant that is wonderful; professional and knowledgeable. He already helped me avoid certain blunders that would have resulted in increased tax liability. I also can personally contact him anytime I need assistance with an accounting and tax matter. Sara was very personable and professional. I highly recommend using 1-800accountant for anyone setting up a small business for the first time. The fees are well worth the assurance that all the details of filings and tax preparation will be handled professionally and in a timely fashion. So far, I am well pleased.

I am only rating this service at 4 stars as I have just started using it. With that being said the customer service has been great and the amount of time that has been taken to answer my questions in regards to my business was impressive. In my personal opinion if this is the kind of service that I continue to receive I will definitely rate this service with 5 stars. My accountant even scheduled a follow up. Based on my first few conversations I feel like I can call or email at any time and get my questions answered and not be left in the dark. Plus my accountant is actually checking on me to see where I am since my small business is a hobby that is turning into a business. How cool is that?
