These tests are used to measure how well students perform on New York’s Next Generation Learning Standards.Over the past few years, schools across New York City have begun to administer these state tests on a computer. In 2024, students in Grades 5 and 8 took the ELA, math, and science exams on computer and we are excited for our students to have that opportunity this year. Our school's Grade 4 students will take the New York State ELA and Math exams on a computer. Our school's Grades 5 students will take the New York State ELA, Math, and Science exams on a computer.
