April’s Musical Evening Concert Benefiting Goddard Riverside
For 50 years, Goddard Riverside’s Musical Evenings has featured outstanding performances by world-renowned virtuosos and talented young artists, all to support our programs and services for children, adults, and families in New York City. This special concert series raises funds for Goddard Riverside.
The Gossamer Trio brings two standard bearers of the New York classical scene, harpist Nancy Allen and flutist Carol Wincenc, together with next-generation cellist Claire Solomon. Flute and harp conjure up visions of Biblical times, and with the cello joining as both continuo and later full partner, the trio offers a particularly rich and diverse repertoire.
After the concert, enjoy a reception with food and drinks.
