Fourelle Music Studio was established by Lea Karpman to offer private violin lessons to students in her Springfield, NJ studio as well as in students’ homes located in and around the towns of Short Hills, Millburn, Maplewood, South Orange, Springfield, Summit, Mountainside, Morristown and Union.

Fourelle Music also specializes in providing musical entertainment for Weddings and a variety of Special Events. Whether as a Violin Soloist or with an ensemble, Lea has performed in numerous settings throughout New Jersey.

Lea has many years of training and experience in music performance and pedagogy. Her credentials include New Jersey Teacher Certification and an MA degree in Education. She is a member of American String Teachers Association of New Jersey, American String Teachers Association, Early Music America, Guild for Early Music, American Recorder Society, Highland Park Recorder Society, and Chamber Music Network (ACMP).
