Only two teachers, a husband and wife team, ensuring a consistent and personal touch in every class. Instructors have 15 plus years of teaching experience and sports and dance backgrounds , offering unique insight and guidance for athletic performance and recovery. Every student is known by name and welcomed with a hot cup of tea fostering a strong sense of community and belonging.

such clear easy to follow instruction- for a beginner like me! David helps keep you focused on the breathing and the flow of the poses for the entire course of the class.
