Good assistance

Most of the laptops of my interest on the display were not available, spent over an hour to be helped. I was told that only one computer of my interest was available in the store and we proceeded to buy however it took them another 30 minutes to look for one and guess what, they couldn’t find it in the store. Left without purchase, waisted my time. Also they seemed to be either short staffed or unwilling to help.

Hello Store Manager, I am writing to report an unsatisfactory experience I had at your store today, January 2, 2025, at around 2:00 PM. I visited your store at the address 8923 Bay Pkwy, Brooklyn, NY 11214 to return an iPad Air. I proceeded to the customer service counter and waited until a female staff member approached me. Our conversation began as follows: I: Hello, how are you? She: Good (without making eye contact) I: I would like to present my item and a receipt for return. She: Are you purchasing? I: No, I am returning it. She: What is the reason? I: I have changed my mind and purchased a different item. At this point, the conversation became increasingly frustrating. I: Will the refund be made to my original payment method? She: whatever you purchased . I: It was credit card. She: (staring at me without explanation) I: Credit card (I raised my voice, as I suspected she was not hearing me). She then accused me of screaming.at this point I felt that I was being treated poorly and responded by stating that she had an attitude. She continued to stare at me and then told me to go back to the line and have someone else do it . I decided to leave the store and complete the return process at a different location. I have a management question for you. I’d like to know is it how your staff should handle customer inquiries about product returns? Personally, I think this female staff member involved in this interaction could use some extra training in customer service and communication. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
