We have had a great experience. We got charged exactly what was discussed. Scheduling was so simple, they also text to confirm, I have had to reschedule and there was never a problem to do it. They have open communication through email. They didn't force brain mapping which was 300 out of pocket. I said we aren't interested and they let it go. He had one add on test after 3 appointments. I don't understand all the awful reviews unless things have drastically changed.

Dr Tramontano and his staff gave me a non drug option for my son's audio processing delay and behavior due to autism. Other Neurologists were quick to prescribe drugs. After proper testing Dr Tramontano prescribed biofeedback therapy for audioproccessing delay and impulse control. My son tells me he hears better and I have seen more self control. The testing was so accurate and complete I submitted it to his school in lieu of the autism testing due. I also use the institutes' Speech Therapist and Behaviorist in addition neuro therapy and they are wonderful. Come here if you want a drug free solution to helping an autistic person. This doctor is the only one I have found anywhere that can improve audio processing delay. Pass the word.

I’ve have two boys with ADHD. I asked the school for an evaluation which they refused to do. Then I found NCBI through my insurance. I called them to book an appointment. I was told it was a month away which was sooner than other places. All the doctors and clinicians I’ve met and have worked with my son have been great. I have no complaints. Yes, you get many different people at the front but all have been great and kind to me. Dr. Driscoll was one of the Drs that was so patient with me and compassionate, something you don’t see anymore. I’ve referred friends to them in hopes they also find answers to their questions and help for their children.

My only complaint is that after my review with Dr. T, I never received my treatment plan or summary of the neurological testing results even after asking several times

I went to see them as an adult for potential adhd. Everything was covered by insurance and staff were fantastic. The analysis was thorough and specifically identified the areas I had trouble processing information. This led to me getting the correct therapy for myself which has been life changing.
